Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, account management, and technical support related to betting services.
  • Educate customers on betting options, odds, promotions, and responsible gambling practices.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Report to the team leader and collaborate with various supervisors to meet the needs of the customer service unit.
  • Escalate all necessary issues to management in a timely fashion
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide a report to the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Diploma or equivalent in any Field)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili (written and verbal).
  • Experience with computers, browsers, and mobile devices
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast and dynamic, multinational, multilingual and multicultural environment;
  • Must be able to work 24/7 on Day or Night shifts and weekends/holidays as scheduled.
  • Candidates with sports betting knowledge and betting are highly preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a betting company in the same position is highly preferred.
