Hire: Tanzania, Zambia or DRC

Your responsibilities

Working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
Working on import and export related activities
Coordinating with logistics providers and managing shipping schedules
Coordinating transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers and warehouses
Optimizing logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
Planning and managing logistics, including transportation and warehousing
Ensuring efficient and cost-effective movement of goods from suppliers to customers
Ensuring coordination with relevant stakeholders regarding any improvement activities related to inventory control
Defining the minimum stock level to meet the forecast expectations and having close cooperation with finance teams

Our requirements

Degree Logistics, Economy a related field, or min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of logistics and procurement (especially import, export)
Very good command of English (spoken and written min. B2)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerBI, Power Point)
Effective organisational and planning skills
